It was a great turnout!!! The golf scramble was a mighty battle against what felt like about a 200 mph wind, but it was so much fun. The wind was declared the winner.
A lot of people showed up at the pickin party Friday night! It was cool getting to visit with folks in a little quieter atmosphere.
The Banquet was a blast! The food was delicious, and Big Ed the DJ kept us highly entertained while we ate.
Joe Barnes' speech was fantastic! Insightful, touching and funny!
And then Zach Edwards Band tore it up at the dance! Perfect song list for the night! And the volume was just right.
Every item in the silent auction was bid on and bought.
And Sunday morning several dozen folks munched on breakfast tacos and listened as Byron delivered an inspirational (and funny) sermon.
Thanks to your attendance fees and silent auction purchases and your donations, the Scholarship Fund was well replenished! Scholarships and expenses for the next five years should be well covered.
On to 2030!!
